Customers are everything when running a business. You could have the best idea for a business but if it doesn't solve a problem who's going to buy into it? When selling a product, what does it do differently or improve about previous products. If it's a service, how does it make a difficult task easier for the customer. No matter what you are trying to sell, research your potential customers first. Once you land those customers treat them like they are the only customer you have, go above and beyond to make sure they are happy. Customers are the heart beat of your business, you go above and beyond for them. Follow up with them to make sure you are doing everything that needs to be done to make sure they are happy.
Communicating with your customers is key to success. In my other business JerkyXP I do our customer service in a unique way. I am JackTheCEO on twitter, here I play a young Yorkie dog CEO where I interact with JerkyXP customers and make sure thing are run smoothly (I think I'm going to write my next post about being a dog on twitter haha). However you manage your customers, make sure you are doing it quickly and efficiently. Remember to value others time because its the only resource that NEVER get back.
