Time management is key
For the past couple of days I have been working on being more productive while on my computer (which accounts for most of my day). I've finally found a google chrome app that shows you how productive I am being. It's called Rescue Time and it tracks each website you visit.

Customers are everything!
Customers are everything when running a business. You could have the best idea for a business but if it doesn't solve a problem who's going to buy into it? When selling a product, what does it do differently or improve about previous products. If it's a service, how does it make a difficult task easier for the customer.
